CNC Milling

  • 22 CNC Milling Machines
  • 4 x 5-axis Milling Machines
  • Capacity 5-axis: 8000 x 4500 x 2000 mm
  • Machining complex and intricate geometries

With an ongoing investment in the latest technology, we have the latest CNC milling machines ranging from 3-axis to 5-face milling through to full 5-axis simultaneous milling solutions.

We have the ability to manufacture from simple to highly complex parts and components with high precision and accuracy.

By moving along the five different axes simultaneously, 5-axis CNC allows for greater flexibility and precision in machining complex shapes and contours.

CNC Turning

  • 4 CNC Lathes – Live tools

CNC turning is ideal for quickly manufacturing precise and complex cylindrical parts with high precision and excellent repeatability.

The process is highly automated, which reduces the potential for errors and improves efficiency, making it an ideal process for high-volume production runs.

We have a comprehensive range of CNC Lathes with live tooling for complex, and high-precision turned components. As a result, we can offer fast production times and short lead times.
