CNC Tube Laser Cutting is a highly efficient and effective method of cutting tubes, hollow and structural sections into highly accurate, simple and complex 3D shapes and contours.
Our high-precision 6-axis CNC Tube Laser Cutting Machine is one of the largest tube lasers in the country, with exceptional speed, precision and repeatability.
The machine can cut a wide variety of mild steel stainless steel or aluminium tubes and pipes, including round, square, rectangular, oval and triangular. It can also process structural sections such as I and H beams, Angles, C-channel, Flat Bars and any other structural or extruded shape the customer requires.
The machine is capable of performing bevel cutting for weld preps, and also automatic tapping makes it one of the most versatile laser tube cutters today.
The machine can handle large and heavy tubes and hollow and structural sections up to 15 metres in length.
It can automatically load up to 15m long material section and also unload up to 15 m section after its being processed, making the machine highly productive.
